How Does it work?
We start with your free 30 minute consultation call over Zoom. This gives you a sense of the way I coach and gives me insight as to what you’d like to get out of coaching. I’ll also answer any questions you have.
If we both feel we’re a good fit to work together and you’re ready to hit the ground running, I’ll email you a coaching agreement along with a brief questionnaire. From there, you’ll make a payment and book your first coaching session with me.
We’ll meet every two weeks for 60 minutes over Zoom for the duration of our agreement.
The minimum time commitment to work with me is 3 months.
While my clients usually feel a benefit from the get-go, lasting results happen over time.
