How Does it work?

Step 1

We examine your attitude and belief around your current life.

First, we dig into your relationship with the way your life is right now, because that can say a lot about what you really don’t (and really do) want. We’ll also uncover any limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from knowing and moving toward what you want.

Bottom line: We’ll get a clear picture of where you stand right now so that we can define a roadmap from there. 

Step 2

We sharpen your vision for the future and make a plan.

Now that you know where you are, it’s time to figure out where you actually want to be. Maybe you want to strike a better work/life balance, or maybe you want to get your health under control. Whatever the case, in this step, we’ll establish what really matters to you most so that you can be strategic in creating a plan that works for you.

Bottom line: You’ll know what you want and how to get to it. 

Step 3

You take action.

Having a well-thought plan is great, but taking action is what makes it work! In this step, you’ll start moving in the direction of your dream life – and YES – this usually means having to step outside your comfort zone. Don’t sweat it, though, because as your coach, I’ll be there to provide a valuable layer of accountability and support to see you through.

Bottom line: You’ll know what you’re really made of and feel tangible progress toward what you want for yourself.

Step 4

You integrate new skills into all areas of your life.

I like to say that this is akin to removing the training wheels from a bike. Not only will you be in motion, making progress toward what you want in life, but you’ll be able to step away from the coaching relationship feeling empowered and capable on your own. It’s all about taking what you’ve learned about yourself in our coaching work together and using it to your greatest advantage whenever and wherever you need it.

Bottom line: You’ll be able to show up the way you want to in your life, which can open up tons of possibilities and keep your momentum going.

We start with your free 30 minute consultation call over Zoom. This gives you a sense of the way I coach and gives me insight as to what you’d like to get out of coaching. I’ll also answer any questions you have.

If we both feel we’re a good fit to work together and you’re ready to hit the ground running, I’ll email you a link to purchase a coaching package. Once you purchase, you’ll be able to book your first coaching session with me.

We’ll meet every two weeks for 60 minutes over Zoom for the duration of our agreement.

The minimum time commitment to work with me is 3 months.

While my clients usually feel a benefit from the get-go, lasting results happen over time.
